01

Why it happened

The region's creator economy was growing faster than the tooling around it. We wanted a room where operators, brands and platform teams could compare notes in person instead of over email threads.

02

What happened

A full-day programme of keynotes, hands-on workshops and a closing social. Sessions ran back to back with a live production crew capturing everything for post-event content.

03

The next steps

Turning the recordings into an evergreen content series, opening the waitlist for the next edition, and shipping the partner playbook that came out of the workshop notes.

A 91% show rate in a Nordic January is not luck. It is assigned seats, a published run of show and one reminder that reads like a person wrote it.

None of them pitched anything

  1. 16:00

    Doors

Coats, coffee and a very good view.

  2. 17:00

    Talks

    Three blocks of three.

  3. 20:00

    Dinner

Long tables, assigned seats, no name tags.

Show rate is a design problem, not a weather problem.
