San Francisco: the demo dinner
Forty people, eight demos, one long table. The smallest event I have run and the highest signal.

01
Why it happened
The region's creator economy was growing faster than the tooling around it. We wanted a room where operators, brands and platform teams could compare notes in person instead of over email threads.
02
What happened
A full-day programme of keynotes, hands-on workshops and a closing social. Sessions ran back to back with a live production crew capturing everything for post-event content.
03
The next steps
Turning the recordings into an evergreen content series, opening the waitlist for the next edition, and shipping the partner playbook that came out of the workshop notes.
San Francisco has enough conferences. What it does not have is a table where you cannot hide at the back.
