01
Why it happened
The region's creator economy was growing faster than the tooling around it. We wanted a room where operators, brands and platform teams could compare notes in person instead of over email threads.
02
What happened
A full-day programme of keynotes, hands-on workshops and a closing social. Sessions ran back to back with a live production crew capturing everything for post-event content.
03
The next steps
Turning the recordings into an evergreen content series, opening the waitlist for the next edition, and shipping the partner playbook that came out of the workshop notes.
The best events I run are the ones nobody posts about. Geneva was three hours, no cameras, and a rule that everyone speaks before anyone speaks twice.
